Quality Collapsible Aluminum Tube for Pharmaceutical Cosmetics Packaging Cylinder Cap

Aluminum collapsible tube: a cylinder of pliable pure aluminum (99.7% purity) which can be sealed in such a manner that its contents (ointment, gel, cream etc.), although readily discharged in any desired quantity, are protected from contact with air or moisture during the whole period of use as a container.

Nozzle: the outlet of a tube, through which the contents are expelled by squeering the wall of the tube.

Membrane Nozzle: a nozzle which has the orifice closed by a thin diapharam of metal which is capable of being pierced.

Orifice: the opening in the nozzle of the tube through which the contents are expelled

Cap: a screw closure for the nozzle end of a collapsible tube
 

Constuction of aluminum collapsible tube: Fully annealed with threaded nozzle membrane seal and external coating on the body section. Internal surface of the tube must be lacquered completely with two fully cured coats of epoxy resine and rubber latex end seal applied as continuous band of consitent thickness inside the open end. The tube must be fitted with a fully applied tapered plastic screw cap that has an integral piercer and external vertical serration.

Internal Lacquer: Eposide - phenolic resin(thickness from 0.005 to 0.010 mm)

Outside Lacquer: Polyester (thickness from 0.01 to 0.03 mm)

Printing colors: from 1 to 6 colors 

Printing quality control standard: Minor printing defects not obvious from an arm's length distance are assumed tolerable

Properties: Puncture resistance of the membrane seal must be less than 45 N (101 lbs); membrane/nozzle must not leak air when tested at 207k 
                    Pa (30 psi) for 10 seconds
